What carrier/methods do you use to ship? |

Claude's uses the United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx and UPS to ship. Monday through
Wednesday we ship via 2-day priority mail. This assures that our product will arrive to
you fresh. For any special requests please contact us directly at 904-829-5790. Please allow an additional 48 hours for us to process your order.

How long do your products stay fresh? |

Our gourmet Belgian chocolate is made from the finest ingredients available. Because our bonbons and truffles do not contain any artificial additives or preservatives, they are best if eaten within three (3) weeks of purchase. Our other products may be kept for up to two (2) months.
