Q. What are your hours of operation?

Our hours of operation for each of our two convenient locations are as follows:

  St. Augustine Ponte Vedra/ US1
Monday through Thursday 10 AM to 7 PM 10 AM to 6 PM
Friday and Saturday 10 AM to 8 PM
Sunday 10 AM to 7 PM Closed

Q. What carrier/methods do you use to ship?

A.

Claude's uses the United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx and UPS to ship. Monday through Wednesday we ship via 2-day priority mail. This assures that our product will arrive to you fresh. For any special requests please contact us directly at 904-829-5790. Please allow an additional 48 hours for us to process your order.

Q. I'm allergic to nuts. Should I eat any of your products?

A.

Our chocolate may contain traces of peanuts or other nuts. If you are allergic to nuts or to other types of foods, please let us know before you buy so that we may better serve you.

Q. How long do your products stay fresh?

A.

Our gourmet Belgian chocolate is made from the finest ingredients available. Because our bonbons and truffles do not contain any artificial additives or preservatives, they are best if eaten within three (3) weeks of purchase. Our other products may be kept for up to two (2) months.
